Dear Bruce,
A visual final inspection was done today of the septic installation for the property referenced
above. The system appears to be installed in substantial compliance with the approved plan
dated September 2,2020.
At the time of inspection, the following were noted:
1. The system needs to be carefully backfilled and graded.
2. The installer, Phelps Inc. is to furnish the as-built cards.
