The project involves the construction of a 12x32' addition to the existing dwelling and upgrading the existing septic system with a new Title V septic system. The site is within a coastal flood zone, Zone AE El 11. The project site is not in the buffer zone to any other wetland resource areas and is surrounded by other existing dwellings in a residential neighborhood. The addition will be constructed in accordance with the MA Building Code and will have a poured concrete slab foundation.
