with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS:
That certain condominium unit situated in Yarmouth in the County of Barnstable and
Commonwealth of Massachusetts designated as follows:
Unit No.304,of the Admiralty Heights Condominium I,as described in the Master Condominium
Certificate of Title,No. C153, and in the Master Deed, Document No. 312,744, and indicated on
Condominium Plan No. 34279-F-1 together with an undivided fractional interest in the common
areas as set forth in the Master Condominium Certificate and Master Deed as they may be or have
been lawfully amended under the provisions of Chapter 183A of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of covenants, conditions,restrictions,
easements,liens for assessments,options,powers of attorney, limitations of title, created by the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts,General Laws Chapter 183A or set forth in the Master Deed,
in the related By-Laws,or in the Declaration of Trust, as they may have been lawfully amended.
The Grantor representing under the pains and penalties of perjury, hereby certifies that she is an
unmarried person and waives any and all rights of Homestead in and to the premises conveyed
hereby and does warrant and represent that there are no persons entitled to any rights of Homestead
under M.G.L. c. 188 in the premises being conveyed by this deed.
