Hi Lisa, have been asked to talk to you by Kristin Clarke the office assistant for the Yarmouth Building Department. We are looking to obtain a permit to re -roof one of our rentals. The property is 7 and 9 Joel Rd in Yarmouth. The roof is in rough shape and in need of a new roof. We will be replacing the existing shingles with architectural asphalt shingles of the same color. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me and how I need to proceed from here.
