Coastal Engineering Company (CEC) has conducted a site inspection of the referenced property and find the work originally completed in 2006 was in relatively substantial conformance with the plan, “Proposed Dock & Pile Layout”, dated 10/28/2005 and Order of Conditions issued on 03/08/2006. A redline of the original submitted plan is provided for reference of the observed deviations. CEC has completed a detailed site plan of the referenced property and has provided that under a separate NOI of the current conditions Therefore, on behalf of Sandra DiGiovanni, we respectfully request a Certificate of Compliance be issued for this project.
