The Jeld-Wen slider are nice and I would approve of the ones with Grills as shown. Hello Lisa — ECEIVED Thanks for your quick response! Yes, that definitely does help. I JUL 14 2022 YARMOU'i h How / when do we need to go through the review process? Y-506 If you are going to replace your windows with windows similar to what you have now, there is a relatively quick review process for that. The historic committee does like windows with grilles. If you can send me photos of your current windows, and pictures of what you will replace them with once you decide (a picture from a brochure is fine), then I can submit to the chair of the committee for a review. If you plan to change your windows, for example, change to black from white, or something along those lines, there is a longer review process. So once you decide what you would like to do, let me know, and we can work through the appropriate process. I hope that helps; please let me know if you have any questions. Hello — Can you please let me know whether there are any restrictions as to window style for replacement windows in The Gardens complex in Yarmouth Port / for the Town of Yarmouth? Our condominium association president recommend that I reach out to you. I live at 51 Frances Helen Road, Yarmouth Port, 02675, in The Gardens condominium complex. I would like to replace my very old (1970's aluminum double -paned but no longer efficient) windows. The windows appear to be dark gray / brown in color, and are sliders of approx 59 x 49 inches. There are white storm windows in front. (photo at left) The unit next door replaced their windows with white sliders with grids (photo at right). In the neighborhood there is no uniformity of window style. We have plain sliders, sliders with grids, double -hung, etc, etc. I was thinking of either plain sliders or sliders with grids.
