In accordance with the provisions of Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act as amended (33 U.S.C. §1251 et seq.), MGL c.21, §§ 26-53, and 314 CMR 9.00, it has been determined there is reasonable assurance the project or activity will be conducted in a manner which will not violate applicable water quality standards (314 CMR 4.00) and other applicable requirements of state law. The expiration date of the current WQC is September 6, 2022. An extension is requested to match with the expiration date of the Chapter 91 Permit #13113 to 11/20/2026. The amendment is to remove dredge site No.1, Bass Hole and three nourishment sites, Grove St., site no. 9, River St., site no. 13 and Wilbur Park, site no. 19.
