Purchasing home in July and would like permission to do the following tree or shrub work:
1. Remove the falling tree on right of house .(Requested by Insurance Carrier)
2. Remove shrubs around front of house to allow home to breathe and remove moisture attracting termites into timber frame.
3. Remove shrubs at rear of house that block access to the two car garage.
I attach pictures to help understand request.
