Survey Consultants, Inc.,608 Main Street,West Yarmouth, Mass."which said plan is duly recorded with
the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 222 Page 143.
The above described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way,
easements,appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record and more especially as set forth in a
deed recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 1771 Page 107.
