Pictures and an as -built of the site are enclosed for review. The mitigation plantings were installed in substantial compliance with the landscape plan as designed/detailed by Phil Cheney (closely matching the landscape plan by Down Cape Engineering), and appear to be thriving. Invasives were removed as proposed and replaced with native species. The coir logs were installed according to the plan and are in good condition. The mitigation plantings in the area of the porch seaward to the Bank are in excess of 5400 s.f. This figure includes 2317 sf of wildflower meadow, shown in full bloom in the enclosed picture. Additional plantings were installed in accordance with and in some areas in excess of the landscape plan, to the sides and northerly portion of the dwelling. Minor deviations to the plans of record include the addition of an outside shower and bluestone walkway in the outer riparian zone. The bluestone walkway is less hardscape than what was proposed. Except for the minor deviations as outlined above, this is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plans and Order of Conditions.
