County of Barnstable and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described
as follows:

Beginning at the westerly corner of the granted premises on the southeast
side of Main Street and running North 52° 44' 40"East a distance of 325.98
feet by Main Street, so-called, to a bound;
thence South 31° 17'40" East a distance of 241.56 feet by land of William
F. Hamblin and Gordon C. Hamblin to a cement bound;
thence North 57° 24' 40" East a distance of 132.23 feet of land of William
F. Hamblin and Gordon C. Hamblin to a cement bound;
thence South 31° 25'00" East a distance of 312.15 feet by land of John G.
Sears, Jr. to a cement bound;
thence South 48° 30'00" West a distance of 285.90 feet by land of Charles

Being the same premises conveyed by deed of William G. Meyer and Pauline E. Meyer
and Richard M. Hurch and Dorothy S. Burch dated December 29, 1968 and recorded
in Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Book 1354, Page
1124.

Every deed presented foe record shall contain or have endorsed upon it the full name residence and post office address of the grantee
and•recital of the amount of the full consideration thereof in dollars or the nature of the other consideration therefor.If not delivered

I, Theodore W. Bowers, Secretary of the Protestant Episcopal
Diocese of Massachusetts, and of the Diocesan Council thereof,
hereby certify that the following was voted by the Diocesan
Council, a quorum being present and voting throughout, at a
meeting held on April 20, 1978 at
St.-F-Eer eia-Chur�EE71fes[on , and that the
same remains-ET—fi -Force and effect:
to transfer absolute title of real estate currently held
in the name of the Protestant Episcopal Diocese of
Massachusetts to:
St. David's Church, South Yarmouth
a parish in union with the Convention; and further, that the 1
President, the Rt. Rev. John B. Coburn and/or the
Secretary of the Convention, the Rev. Theodore W. Bowers,
be and hereby authorized, acting either singly or jointly,
to sign all documents, and to attest to any or all resolutions
and/or votes relating to said transfer,•
