Annino To the Conservation Commission, Enclosed please find a supplemental plan for restoration of the driveway surface at 15 North Cove Landing. The applicant is requesting an Amended Order for work activity authorization related to the driveway restoration. A portion of the driveway surface is on land of 11 North Cove Landing and a separate Amendment request is being made to cover that land area. The driveway area was used in part for machine access activity and material staging for the marine bulkhead work now completed. With the age, and wear and tear on the surface, the applicant seeks to restore the surface prior to filing for a Certificate of Compliance for the bulkhead project. The existing surface is bituminous asphalt. The replacement surface shall be dry laid pavers somewhat more pervious than solid bituminous concrete.
