rarmoutllPoFT. i Elis al dress is a for-profit business: Wingate Riridand Camp anti we oBjeR to any
further expansion. This business advertises for clients internationally at ve. y high end rates rather than
as an affordable resource designed for local families.
The following issues are ALREADY OF CONCERN and increasing the housing and recreation area, as the
Petition involves, will create even more problems.
Although the address of this business is as stated above @ 79 White Rock Road, the owner operates
i ne Camp" rrom a liome @ i lie owner uses i nis location for Business purposes wMIcll
increases traffic and especially COMM MERCIAL traffic with Huge commercial vehicles, Semi -trucks, Food
Delivery, Waste Pickup, and multiple assorted daily services. These are huge commercial vehicles using
oar very small resiaenrial lanes wBicn sBoultl not Be permitre0. are
all of a concern. Imagine as we walk with a stroller or our dog to be overcome by an enormous loud
Ru%n in our otherwise quiet neighborhood. Some residents have experienced property damage due to
the trucRs turning. BacRing up too dgBtiy or running over sliruB Borders.
ne Camp also aominates Elisha's pond with activity and their carve out of a full beach which has been
cleared rather than open to native vegetation. Buoys and floats and large docks are secured in that
section of the pond making it impossible for any others to kayak around the perimeter or enjoy any of
Mat large porton or me pons wflicn rile CNmp totally treats as its own properly.
ne noise level of Evening EnteRainment & very Eoud Clanging Bell which rings several times per day is
disturbing in an otherwise small quiet residential neighborhood. This noise plus all the activity generatca
by THE CAMP affects bird life as well as the natural ecosystem. A quiet day boating or fishing on the
pona is impossiBle since i Me Camp tiominates Erle enure seMon. vvny are EMey aliowea to appropriate
for themselves a huge area of the pond in a way that prohibits others from having full access?
Furthermore a Second Business; a Pest Control business:20 Linnell Lane. Surely this is in violation or
Town regulations for not one but TWO fv, profit baslnes to be run from this residence that abuts
tlisna's Ponu wMicM must also Pave environmental impact.
If these TWO Businesses are indeed allowed to operate they should be required to have all business
tramc enter anti exK rrom tBe 60bdaE= AuDRco aBove, wBicA nas a roan to rile entrance or EMe
Camp. All customers and Commmercial vehicles should be required to use this entrance/exit and NOT
from the owners residential address
We thank ,ou for the opportunity to express our Concern and trust that ,ou will take our safety and the
overall quality of our neighborhood and Elisha's Pond into consideration
