As you can see from the attached table, readings of the water levels were taken at various times from 03/18/05 to 05/05/05. This period included two full moons on 03/25/05 and 04/24/05. The change in water elevation between the lowest at 95.2 to 94.07 was 1.13' (13 '/z" +/-). The highest level occurred on 03/29/05 which corresponds to a 3.1 tide. That tide is 0.3' higher than the mean high water elevation of 2.8 at the tide station, at the Route 28 Bridge in South Yarmouth. This would indicate that the site is affected by the tidal action in Run Pond, which your site abuts. Based on our location and elevations taken, the bottom of the existing soil absorption is at elevation 96.87 (based on elevation 100.0 datum). The highest well reading was 95.20. This places the bottom of the S.A.S. 1.67' (20") above the observed water table. Applying the USGS ground water for March 2005 for this site, of MIW 29 Zone A, 7.1 index, results in an adjustment of 0.9' (note: April's is only 0.5). This reduces the 1.67' to 0.77' separation. Since this places the bottom of the S.A.S. 0.77' (9") above the observed water level, I believe this demonstrates that the S.A.S. is above the observed water elevation, and therefore passes the Title 5 inspection on this issue.
