OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
WAIVER OF 45 -DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. -
Applicant understands that the review of this application will be scheduled as soon as the
situation allows.

NEWPRO will be replacing 1 sliding glass door on the back side of the
house attached to the read deck. This does not face the street at all.
2. What is the current color and material of each window/door?
Current color is white on the exterior and white on the interior. The
current sliding glass door is made of vinyl.
3. Is there a current grid pattern in any/all current windows being replaced?
No current grids in the slider.

The proposed sliding glass door will be white colored on the interior and
exterior. It will be constructed of a UPVC vinyl.
3. Is there a proposed grid pattern in any/all current windows being
replaced/proposed?

The proposed sliding glass door does has a grid pattern in the glass.
The specs of the exact configuration of the sliding glass door is
attached above.

1. Can the windows/doors be seen from the street (or any public way)?
No, this sliding glass door cannot be seen from the street or any public
way.
2. Is the homeowner going to represent themselves at the Historic Meeting?
a. Yes, Rosemary Taylor, the home owner, will represent herself at the
Historic Meeting.
