To the Conservation Committee,
I submit this letter to amend the letter I sent on Thursday July 28, 2022. After reviewing court
documents the statement is not accurate:
"On July 20, 2022 Robert Perry submitted a request to the Committee to Amend work activity
related to the driveway restoration that is jointly owned by 15and 11 North Cove Landing."
There is an easement that was set up by my Great-uncle Joseph A. Maynard in 1931. I am now
able to add two maps for the official record. Attached please find the property map from 1931
and a property map prepared by Down Cape Engineering, entitled Plan of Land in Yarmouth by
Down Cape Engineering, February 14, 1985 of 11 North Cove Landing, 30 Home Avenue, and
the boundaries abutting 15 North Cove Landing.
