Hi Michael,
Sean and I were able to meet and coordinate a schedule to move the project forward and get this wrapped
up. I understand the Commission is looking for an update next week on the 4th. If you are in agreement, here is
the gameplan:
1. CEC and CLM to send you draft plans for approval next week.
2. CEC to stake out in the field the edge of the fire lane that needs to be maintained for access (and the
area up to the fire lane restored).
3. CEC & CLM to informally meet the new Agent on site (going to try for 8/11) to make sure the proposed
plans will meet the Commissions' expectations before filing so we don't have any surprises....
4. If all is in order, file the NOI to meet the Enforcement Order requirements and file for a Certificate of
Compliance to close out the old outstanding Order of Conditions for the filing deadline on August 18th.
This would mean a hearing date of September 1St.
Sean, please chime in if I've forgotten anything.
