Farrell and Michael F. Farrell, wife and husband as tenants by the entirety, of 87 Browns Beach Road, Bristol,NH 03222, With quitclaim covenants, oThe land in that part of the Town of Yarmouth, Barnstable County,Massachusetts known as South Yarmouth,as shown on a plan entitled"Proposed Transfers of Land at Parkwood, So. oYarmouth, Mass.,dated May 1940",recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds and bounded and described as follows: 4) C7 Beginning at a cement bound on the Westerly side line of an ancient way leading from Willow Street to Nantucket Sound, shown on said plan as"proposed 20 foot road", adjoining land of c: John N. O'Donohue;thence,Northeasterly by said Westerly side line of said ancient way or proposed road for a distance of sixty (60) feet to another cement bound adjoining other land now or formerly of the Sandwich Co-operative Bank;thence,turning and running Northwesterly by said other land now or formerly of the Sandwich Co-operative Bank for a distance of one hundred(100)feet to a point;thence,turning and running Southwesterly for a distance of eighty (80) feet to a cement bound at the other land of said O'Donohue purchased from Ernest S.
