THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PRACTICE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES DURING THE DAY TO DAY OPERATION AT THE SITE. THE SITE SHALL BE POLICED DAILY TOREMOVE ANY LITTER OR DEBRIS.6. TEMPORARY SOIL MATERIAL STOCKPILES SHALL BE SURROUNDED WITH SEDIMENT BARRIER ON THE DOWNGRADIENT SIDE TO PREVENT DISCHARGE OF SEDIMENTFROM SITE. MATERIAL STOCKPILES THAT ARE IN PLACE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH VEGETATION, MULCHING, EROSION CONTROLBLANKETS, AND OTHER MEASURES THAT ARE NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE DISCHARGE OF SEDIMENT FROM THE PROJECT SITE.7. AFTER GRADING, EXPOSED SLOPES SHALL BE COVERED WITH NORTH AMERICAN GREEN SC150 EROSION CONTROL BLANKET, OR APPROVED EQUAL. THE EROSIONCONTROL BLANKET SHALL BE INSTALLED IN CONFORMATION WITH MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION.8. IF SEDIMENT ESCAPES THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, OFF-SITE ACCUMULATIONS OF SEDIMENT SHALL BE REMOVED AT A FREQUENCY SUFFICIENT TO MINIMIZE OFF-SITEIMPACTS.9. LITTER, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, AND CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS THAT COULD BE EXPOSED TO STORMWATER SHALL BE PREVENTED FROM BECOMING A POLLUTANTSOURCE.10.EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, STABILIZATION MEASURES SHALL BE INITIATED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE IN PORTIONS OF THE SITE WHERE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIESHAVE TEMPORARILY CEASED, BUT IN NO CASE MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IN THAT PORTION OF THE SITE HAS TEMPORARILY ORPERMANENTLY CEASED.A.
