NORTHEASTERLY by an arc at the intersection of Larch Arbor Road and Witchwood
Road,as shown on said plan thirty-eight and 16/100(38.16)feet;
EASTERLY by Witchwood Road,as shown on said plan,Eighty-four and 8/100
84.08)feet;
SOUTHERLY by lot 71,as shown on said plan,one hundred twenty and 00/100
120.00)feet;
WESTERLY by land now or formerly of Alice B. Davis,as shown on said plan one
hundred thirteen and 31/100(113.31)feet.
Containing 13,120 square feet,more or less.
Being shown as Lot 72 on a plan of land entitled"Hazelmoore,Section Two, Plan of Subdivision of land of
Eldregde F.Shaw and Elva Shaw in Yarmouth(South),Scale 1"=80,dated August 201954,drawn by
Newell B.Snow, Engineer, Buzzards Bay,Mass",duly recorded in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in
Plan Book 117 Page 17.
There is granted appurtenant hereto a right of way over the street and ways as shown of said plan in
common with others who are now or may hereafter be lawfully entitled thereto.
Subject to and with the benefit of all other rights,rights of way,restrictions,reservations or easements of
record, if any there may be.
Being the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed of Kathleen O'Brien,dated January 19,
1999 and recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 12006 Page 310.
