JARD OF P
Yarmouth Board of appeals,
Thank you for allowing us to have a voice in this process. My husband and I are
heading out of town and have asked our neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Churchill to deliver
our concerns to you.
My husband and I are concerned about a project of this magnitude being built on
our tiny Aunt Janes Rd. As you are aware it is basically a single lane, dead end
road. We currently have several projects already in the neighborhood that have
been built to every possible limit. It is changing and impacting our neighborhood in
a very negative way. It sets a very dangerous president for future projects of this
magnitude to get the approval to move forward.
We are also concerned about what is to come into the space if the Modisette's decide
to move. Would it increase traffic on the road or have a private semi-commercial
person in the space. It will completely change our currently very quiet
neighborhood not for the better.
I am upset to have to oppose the project as these are our neighbors. But I can see
the change with new construction projects already. I really don't want that kind of
impact to our small street. Please know this was not an easy letter to write, but if
we did not voice our concerns at this point, we could not have a voice later, and we
needed to express our concerns.
Thank you for your time and consideration on the matter,
Mark Holmes Amy es
