The property is located in Zone ll and is restricted to a maximum 4 bedrooms based on the square footage of the lot (41,556 s.f.). The proposed garage as shown on the site plan will not impact the septic system as proposed. Any changes to the site plan or floor plan of any proposed structures will require full review by the Health Department to insure a maximum 4 bedrooms to meet the Zone II restriction. PETITION #4813: JWC Enterprises, Inc., 308 & 310 Old Main Street, South Yarmouth The Health Department file indicates a current 2019 Lodging License (total 10 Bedrooms) and Food Service and Common Victualler License (20 Seats). The property is serviced by two Title 5 septic systems installed in 1993 and 2000 that handle the current use. The proposed use of the property for public events will not negatively impact the property as long as the use does not exceed the current licensed uses and the food service remains a limited menu. Full review of the project by the Health Department will be required prior to final approval including a review of the proposed menu for each public event. PETITION #4814: Albert G. Rose, 22 & 22A Jaybird Lane, West Yarmouth The Health Department file indicates a 2004 Title 5 septic system servicing the existing dwelling to the rear and front portions of the lot. The proposed relocation of the common lot line between 22 and 22A Jaybird Lane will not impact the function nor required minimum setbacks of the existing septic system. PETITION #4815: Adrian Aguilar, 24 Fillmore Road, West Yarmouth The Health Department file indicates a current 2004 Title 5 septic system with a maximum 3 Bedroom capacity. This property is located within the Zone II and is grandfathered for 3 Bedrooms. The Health Department has approved renovations to the existing basement apartment (maximum 1 Bedroom) as of March 15, 2019. Full review of the project by the Health Department will be required for any changes to the currently approved Building Permit. Please contact me with any additional questions.
