The OKH District covers all properties north of Route 6, and some level of approval is required for exterior changes. In the case of window replacement: • An Express Permit may be issued if the new window is exactly the same style, size, and grille pattern as existing; • A Certificate of Exemption may be issued if the following changes are not visible from a public way o Changing style, such as changing from casement to double -hung o Changing size o Adding or changing location; • A Certificate of Appropriateness is required if any of the above changes are visible from a public way.
