Detailed Description and Reason for Proposed Work: Removal of a mature hardwood tree in close proximity to the
dwelling within existing lawn area. Removal shall be by harnessing,cutting and lowering discreet branch and trunk
segments to the ground for lading off-site;grind stump to below grade;rake out re-seed scuffed lawn area. One to two
day work activity term. See attached location plan.
Closest Distance to Resource Area: Work is at the landward edge of the AE flood zone,approx.70 ft.from Salt Marsh boundary.
