On 4/11/19, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for
proposed work at the above -referenced site.
A site visit was made; an as -built plan and photos are enclosed
for review. The following minor deviations were noted:
• The stairway shifted 1 to 1.5' easterly (still remaining
within the limit of work)
• Stair and platform elevations different than proposed (due to
altered stair and platform orientations)
• Patio reduced in size
abutting the existing
•
Planting strip 1' wide
to west of stairs
by 5', area replaced with plantings
concrete/stone veneer wall
by 18' long added at rock veneer wall
• Small log "steps" added; bush plantings added
To the best of my knowledge and belief, we hereby certify that the
work has been completed in substantial compliance with the
approved plan and Order of Conditions. We hereby request the
issuance of a Certificate of Compliance at this time.
