proposed 14 , total acreage of tract 15.30 ac , said applicant hereby submits said
plan as a PRELIMINARY subdivision plan in accordance with theRules and
Regulations of the Yarmouth Planning Board and makes application -to the Board for
approval of said plan.
The undersigned's title to said land is derived from
by deed dated 8/30/1978 , and recorded in the Barnstable District Registry of
Deeds Book 2776 , Page 322 , registered in the Barnstable Registry District of the
Land Court, Certificate of Title No. N/A
