OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMAUTTEE
WAIVER OF 45 -DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such f rrther time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "

RE: REQUEST FOR PERMISSION FOR A DECK ENCLOSURE AT 9 DEB'S HILL RD.
The Board of Trustees received your proposal to enclose the deck at your unit at 9 Deb's Hill
Rd. with a 3 -season room.
The Board members reviewed your contractors drawings and the letter of no objection from
your immediate neighbours at 7 Deb's Hill Rd.
The Trustees hereby authorize the construction of the proposed deck enclosure and your
contractor may now pursue the necessary permitting.
Once this addition is built, you should be aware that you will be solely responsible for
maintenance of the entire structure ad infinitum and any subsequent owners should also be so
advised. You will also need to include the addition in your home owners coverage as it is not
covered under the master policy.
When you have a date for the start of construction, would you please advise the Board and the
Manager.
