Dear Amy:
I have inspected the construction of the retaining wall and the septic system at the above mentioned location.
I found it to be installed in substantial compliance with the plan prepared by Eagle Surveying, Inc. dated June
12, 2006 and revised July 11 and July 25, 2006. The wall was built as shown on the proposed plan. Top of wall
elevation equals 99.56. A Zabel filter was also added by the contractor to the outlet of the septic tank.
