The property was recently transferred and the parties would like to close out the old outstanding Order. The house footprint was modified in more recent years, which seems to have absorbed the 15 -ft addition; the pier was rebuilt under Wetlands File No. SE 83-1508; and the property was inspected last week and there is no boathouse or gazebo present. As the Order of Conditions is for construction that either does not exist anymore, or has . been superseded by subsequent approvals, the Applicant requests that a Certificate of Compliance he issued at this time.
