After examining the old and new project files for solar panels on 105 Sisters Circle the committee
agreed that we could treat this application as a COE and approve it.
Hopefully other similar projects planned by SolarWolf will go as smoothly.

I think we should treat it as a COE and I will bring it up at the meeting as "other
business" and get full approval (not just me). That will send a message to Town Officials
as to how we a dealing with the Wolf problem.

Solar Wolf. The resident has found another solar company
(Complete Solar) to pick up where Solar Wolf left off. Same plan as
approved for Solar Wolf, same placement of panels.

This COA was received from Complete Solar for 105 Sisters Circle. The resident had been working with
Solar Wolf, which went out of business and did not complete the work. Complete Solar devised a plan
that is very close to the Solar Wolf plan that had been approved in October 2021.
The Old King's Highway Committee discussed this application at the hearing September 12, 2022 to
determine if the plans were close to the Solar Wolf plan, and if so, if the request could be exempted.
The Committee voted 3-0-0 to approve the Complete Solar plan.

rooftop solar project at 105 Sisters Circle Yarmouth Port
