Dear Bruce:
In June/July of 2022,BSC Group,Inc.(BSC)visited the property referenced above,to observe the construction of the on-
site sewage disposal system.BSC staked the location of the proposed soil absorption system,observed the excavation
and removal of unsuitable soils,and observed the installed leaching field and PVC piping prior to backfill.
Based on the observations of BSC's Engineering staff,the newly constructed system is consistent with the approved
plans and appears to comply with the regulations as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board of
Health Regulations.Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any inquiries you may have.
