and
'WESTERLY by other iand now or formerly of Gordon Clark as shown on
said plan,one hundred (100) feet.
Meaning and intending to convey LOT 4 as shown on plan of land entitled
"Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth,Mass. for Gordon Clark Scale 1" =60'July 28,
1954 Kelly and Sweester Engineers Dennisport, Mass.", which aid plan is duly
recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 121,Page 23.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of any and all rights,rights
of way, easements, reservations, restrictions, or other conditions of record insofar as the
same are in force and applicable.
The undersigned hereby release all homestead rights to granted premises and certify
there are no other persons who possess homestead rights in the premises hereby
conveyed.
