NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday September 12, 2022 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend iris meeting small be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 46 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://lf.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERF'ICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

2. 22-A096 James and Karleen Kubat (Owners) and Mazzeo Construction (Agent): To replace roof, siding,
trim, windows, sliding doors, and front and back doors, remodel garage into an all -season art studio, and add
screened porch at 65 Avon Road
3. 22-A097 Dhimitri Lako (Owner): To extend existing front steps/deck from 5x5 to 8x10 at 29 Pine Street
4. 22-AO98 Rojae Groce (Owner): Approval for fence at 37 Union Street
5. 22-A099 Ann and John Hill (Owners) and Renewal by Anderson (Agent): To replace six windows at 23

6. 22-A100 Ivaylo Ninov (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 28 solar panels on
front and rear roofs of 26 Stoney Hill Drive
