Therefore., the Mxxxffcccj4KxxP= is granted Appeal A And we authorize a variance 46: in accordance with petitioner's request. Appeal is granted authorizing a variance to allow land recently acquired from Dorothy M. Otis shown as Lot 3 on the aforesaid plan to be used for the parking of cars by the First National Bank of Yarmouth. No permit issued until 20 days from date of decisions Reason for Decision: It appeared that the First National Bank of Yarmouth requested the right to use Lot 3 as shown on plan entitled "Plan of Land, Yarmouthport, Mass. Scale 111 = 601, May 19, 1965, Subdivision of Lot 1, Land Court Plan 23966-A, Dorothy M. Otis, Owner. The First National Bank currently owns Lots K-1 and K-2 as shown on Assessors plan, Sheet 100 which is occupied by their bank and used for parking facilities in connection with said bank. The land involved is immediately to the South of the premises presently owned by the Petitioner. The growth of the First National Bank makes it necessary for additional parking to adequately serve the banking public. A distinct hardship would exist were the Petitioner not allowed to use this land in connection with its banking purposes. The land will be used for additional parking facilities. The Board finds all of the statuatory requirements as set forth in Chapter 40-A of the general laws which are required for a variance. Therefore, the Board grants a variance in accordance with Petitioner's request.
