I think it would look more appropriate if it were painted gray. A similar project on a barn off 6A was saved by painting equipment which was plain aluminum. They are adding an outside unit in the front of the house, but it will be hidden by shrubs. There will also be a line hide included since there will be a two -zone heating system installed. Attached are the pictures of the project in question at 24 Thacher Shore Road, Yarmouth Port including one of what the outdoor unit looks like. This is going to be a two zone ductless heat pump to replace a far less efficient heating system for the two separate 2"d floor areas of the house. I've drawn out where the exterior line hide will be located as well as the outdoor heat pump which will be placed against the house being the bushes pictured. The final, overall dimensions of the outdoor unit with ground stand are 45" tall x 36" wide and protrude from the house about 20" to the front face of the unit. RECEIVED I've proposed this layout for several reasons... I SEP 2 S 2022 YARfv!0U 1'r: a • This is a 2-zone system and manufacturers specs limit the piping length from the outdoor unit to each indoor unit and this outdoor unit location keeps those pipe lengths within the specs. • Being a multizone outdoor unit, this proposal eliminates the need for 2 separate outdoor units which saves on customer cost and energy consumption. Proposal also improves the look of the house over having 2 outdoor units. • This proposal would result in an overall better look of the house than having 2 separate outdoor units.
