At the Planning Board meeting of September 21, 2022, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2061 D for property located at 487 Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA, as
shown on Assessor Map 97, Parcel 3. The ANR creates an unbuildable lot for
conveyance to an abutting property.
The ANR plan, entitled "Plan of Land of 487 Station Ave South Yarmouth, MA prepared
for Colbea Enterprises, LLC", was prepared by Daniel A. Ojala, PLS of Down Cape
Engineering, and dated and stamped April 14, 2022.
This application was received in your office on September 2, 2022.
