At the Planning Board meeting of September 1, 2021, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2937 for property located at 54 West Great Western Road, South Yarmouth,
MA, as shown on Assessor Map 109, Parcel 12. The ANR Plan created three lots (Lots
1, 2 & 3) out of the existing parcel. Although the ANR Plan was endorsed, the Planning
Board noted their concerns regarding safe access to Lot 3 due to the limited available
sight distances.
The ANR plan, entitled "Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Massachusetts as prepared for
H.V.B. and D.I.B. Revocable Living Trust", was prepared by Robin Wilcox, PLS of
Sweetser Engineering, and dated and stamped August 11, 2021.
This application was received in your office on August 20, 2021.
