Dear Ms. Maslowski:
At the Planning Board meeting of April 7, 2021, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 2558C for properties located at 227 & 245 Pine Street, Yarmouth Port, MA, as
shown on Assessor's Map 105, Parcels 6, 7 & 8.1. The ANR Plan adjusts the lots lines
between these three parcels. This ANR Plan was previously approved by the Planning
Board on October 7, 2015, but was not recorded at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds
within the required six months and required a new endorsement.
The ANR plan, entitled "Plan of Land in Yarmouth Port, MA for Ralph R. DelMonico,
Donna J. O'Neil DelMonico and Cape Cod Council Boy Scouts of America", prepared by
Richard O'Hearn, PLS of R.J. O'Hearn PLS IRS, dated and stamped May 30, 2015.
