For your records, please find attached an endorsed copy of ANR Plan No. 2558C for
property located at 227 & 245 Pine Street, Yarmouth Port, MA, as shown on Assessor
Map 105, Parcels 6, 7 & 8.1. The ANR Plan adjusts the lots lines between these three
parcels. This ANR Plan was previously approved by the Planning Board on October 7,
2015, but was not recorded at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds within the required six
months and required a new endorsement.
The applicant has six months from the April 7, 2021 Endorsement date to record the
plan at the Registry of Deeds.
