Division
At the Planning Board meeting of May 6, 2020, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 2816D for property located at 8 Old Hyannis Road, Yarmouth Port, as shown on
Assessor Map 104, Parcel 9.3. The ANR Plan divides the existing single lot into two
lots. Relief for the division of the lot was received from the Zoning Board of Appeals in
Decision 4828, dated January 13, 2020.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Plan of Land in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts as prepared
for Tanya Daigneaulf'. The Plan was prepared by Robin Wilcox, PLS, of Sweetser
Engineering, dated November 8, 2018, and signed/stamped by the PLS on April 13,
2020.
This ANR application was received in your office on April 14, 2020, and a 10-day
extension was provided by the applicant.
