For your records, please find attached an endorsed copy of ANR Plan 2816D for
property located at 8 Old Hyannis Road, Yarmouth Port, as shown on Assessor Map
104, Parcel 9.3. The ANR Plan divides the existing single lot into two lots. Relief for the
division of the lot was received from the Zoning Board of Appeals in Decision 4828,
dated January 13, 2020.
The applicant has six months from the date of Endorsement (May 6, 2020) to record the
plan at the Registry of Deeds.
