The Petitioner understands and agrees that the Public Meeting for the Approval Not Required
(ANR) Plan submitted for 8 Old Hyannis Road, Yarmouth Port, MA will not be held within 21 days
of the filing of an application. With the application submitted to the Town Clerk on April14, 2020
by certified mail, the 21 -days would expire on May 4, 2020. The Applicant agrees to a ten (1 0)
calendar day extension to allow the Application to be heard at the May 6, 2020 Virtual Planning
Board meeting.
