RE: ANR Plan No. 2747G — 1186 Great Island Road, West Yarmouth
Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership
Dear Mr. Gaudet:
At the Planning Board meeting of August 21, 2019, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2747G for property located at 1186 Great Island Road, West Yarmouth, as
shown on Assessor's Map 4, Parcel 2. The ANR Plan divides the existing single lot into
two lots. The original lot was created as part of a Cluster Development approved by the
Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in Decision 2440 in July 1987. The original decision
was amended to allow for the division of this lot per ZBA Decision 4767, dated April 8,
2019.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Approval Not Required Plan of Land in Yarmouth, MA
prepared for Mashpee Commons LP'. The Plan was prepared by Robert Freeman,
P.L.S., of Schofield Brothers of Cape Cod, and is dated July 23, 2018, revised August 1,
2019 and signed/stamped by the P.L.S. on August 2, 2019.
