CAPS WERE FOUND AT THE FRONT LOT CORNERS.
A FIELD SURVEY WAS PERFORMED IN JANUARY, 2018 TO
OBTAIN TOPOGRAPHY ON LOT 35. TRAVERSE POINTS
FROM THE 4075—J SURVEY WERE RECOVERED AS WERE
THE CONCRETE BOUNDS WITH PLASTIC CAPS.
I CERTIFY THAT AS OF MAY 22, 2018 THE CONDITIONS ON
THE GROUND ARE THE SAME AS AT THE TIME OF THE
ORIGINAL SURVEY.
