At the Planning Board meeting of March 6, 2019, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 2591A for property located at 589 West Yarmouth Road, West Yarmouth, as shown
on Assessor's Map 86, Parcel 5. The ANR Plan divides the existing single lot into two
lots.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts as prepared
for Timothy Chapaskd'. The ANR Plan was prepared by Robin Wilcox, P.L.S., of
Sweetser Engineering, and is dated and stamped February 4, 2019.
This application was received in your office on February 15, 2019.
