Subject: Planner Report for ANR #2934 – 33 Crest Circle & 17A Valley Road
Please find attached application Form A and ANR Plan #2934. The ANR Plan proposes
to adjust the lot line between 33 Crest Circle and 17A Valley Road in West Yarmouth to
accommodate an existing shed. The proposed division has gone through the Zoning
Board of Appeals, as required when changing the lot-lines on non-conforming lots. The
ANR Plan notes the attached ZBA Decision #4750 and the Barnstable Registry of Deed
Book and Page number.
The submission was complete and included the required fee, Form A, ANR plan, and
appropriate number of copies. The ANR Plan is entitled, “Plan of Land of #33 Crest
Circle & 17A Valley Road West Yarmouth MA prepared for David Palmer”. The Plan
was prepared by Daniel Ojala, P.L.S. of Down Cape Engineering, and is dated and
stamped May 9, 2018.
As of the preparation of this memo, comments from the Town Surveyor are pending,
although it is anticipated any comments will be received prior to the Planning Board
meeting.
This application was received on August 21, 2018, and a decision is required by
September 10, 2018 to remain within the 21-day statutory requirements. This project
has been placed on the Planning Board Meeting Agenda for September 5, 2018.
Planner Suggestion: Subject to no significant comments by the Town Surveyor,
recommend the Planning Board make a motion to endorse ANR Plan #2934, dated May
9, 2018.
