The ANR Plan divides an existing vacant lot into two unbuildable parcels to be sold to the adjoining property owners along Bliscott Avenue. The ANR Plan is entitled, "Approval Not Required Plan of Land #27 Bliscott Avenue South Yarmouth Massachusetts" and was prepared by Craig Field, PLS, of BSC Group, dated and stamped February 12, 2018.
