Dear Mr. Gaudet:
At the Planning Board meeting of March 21, 2018, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2736A for property located at 27 Bliscott Avenue, as shown on Tax Map 41,
Parcel 2. The ANR Plan divides an existing vacant lot into two unbuildable parcels to
be sold to the adjoining property owners along Bliscott Avenue.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Approval Not Required Plan of Land #27 Bliscott Avenue South
Yarmouth Massachusetts" and was prepared by Craig Field, PLS, of BSC Group, dated and
stamped February 12, 2018.
This application was received in your office on February 28, 2018, along with authorization
for a 10-day extension.
