At the Planning Board meeting of January 16, 2019, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2553C for property located on an un-numbered lot west of Mill Lane, Yarmouth
Port, as shown on Tax Map 121, Parcel 6. The ANR Plan divides the existing vacant lot
into two unbuildable parcels for conveyances purposes.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Plan of Land for Map 121 Parcel 6 Mill Lane Yarmouth Port
prepared for Hulbert/Grize" and was prepared by Daniel A. Ojala, P.L.S. of Down Cape
Engineering, and is dated and stamped December 20, 2018.
This application was received in your office on December 28, 2018.
