The ANR Plan divides the existing vacant lot into two unbuildable parcels for conveyances purposes. The ANR Plan is entitled, "Plan of Land for Map 121 Parcel 6 Mill Lane Yarmouth Port prepared for Hulbert/Grize" and was prepared by Daniel A. Ojala, P.L.S. of Down Cape Engineering, and is dated and stamped December 20, 2018. This application was received in your office on December 28, 2018.
