For your records, please find attached an endorsed copy of ANR Plan 2553C for
property on an un-numbered lot west of Mill Lane, Yarmouth Port, as shown on Tax
Map 121, Parcel 6. The ANR Plan divides the existing vacant lot into two unbuildable
parcels for conveyances purposes. The applicant has six months from the date of
Endorsement to record the plan at the Registry of Deeds.
