Subject: Planner Report for ANR #2553C – Mill Lane
Please find attached application Form A and ANR Plan #2553C. The ANR Plan
proposes to divide a vacant un-numbered parcel west of Mill Lane (Assessor Map 121,
Parcel 6) into two unbuildable parcels for conveyance purposes. The vast majority of
the parcel is salt marsh.
The submission was complete and included the required fee, Form A, ANR plan, and
appropriate number of copies. The ANR Plan is entitled, “Plan of Land for Map 121
Parcel 6 Mill Lane Yarmouth Port prepared for Hulbert/Grize”. The Plan was prepared
by Daniel Ojala, P.L.S. of Down Cape Engineering, and is dated and stamped
December 20, 2018.
This application was received on December 28, 2018, and a decision is required by
January 17, 2019 to remain within the 21-day statutory requirements. This project has
been placed on the Planning Board Meeting Agenda for January 16, 2019.
Planner Suggestion: Recommend the Planning Board make a motion to endorse ANR
Plan #2553C, dated December 20, 2018.
